BM battery-powered lifting magnets offer a flexible solution for handling ferromagnetic materials without the constraints of power cables. The integrated battery and remote control allow for convenient operation even in places where it is not suitable or possible to use conventional electromagnets with a continuous power supply. The magnet is equipped with safety features to prevent accidental deactivation during handling, as well as a system providing both visual and audible battery status indicators. Thanks to its high load capacity and robust construction, it is suitable for everyday use in demanding industrial environments. BMP battery-powered lifting magnet

BMP battery-powered lifting magnets are designed primarily for handling round timber, pipes and other circular-section profiles. However, they are also suitable for lifting flat materials, angle sections, profiles and other ferromagnetic loads. The built-in 12V battery enables operation without an external power supply and, in combination with the remote control, ensures convenient and flexible operation. The magnetic field provides a reliable holding force even when handling loads with uneven surfaces or air gaps. Operational safety is ensured by protection against accidental deactivation during lifting, a dual confirmation of the load release function, and a system of visual and audible low-battery warnings.
