      Product description

Revolift represents a new generation of permanent lifting magnets for the day-to-day handling of steel materials. It is designed for lifting both flat and circular workpieces and combines a high level of safety with ease of use.

Compared to standard permanent magnets, it offers a range of practical improvements that enhance user comfort and facilitate the monitoring of safe lifting. These include, for example, the Load Test function, an ergonomically positioned control handle and an integrated NFC chip providing access to documentation and test reports.

Its robust construction, durable markings and long service life make the Revolift ideal for everyday use in industrial settings.

      Unique features:

Certainty on the first click: Load test function

With Revolift, you gain peace of mind thanks to the Load Test mode. By switching the lever to the intermediate position, you can test the holding force of the magnet before the load leaves the ground. If the magnet holds the load in this test mode (which simulates reduced magnetic force), you can be sure that the safety factor is sufficient when fully engaged. This is the moment when you can breathe a sigh of relief, knowing that nothing unpredictable will happen today.

Ergonomics without compromise: Top handle position

Most lifting magnets suffer from the same drawback – the control lever is in the way or requires awkward movements for a gloved hand to even grasp it. Revolift has solved this problem with an elegant design of its top handle.

The lever moves smoothly, and its placement on top of the magnet body means you don't need a wide maneuvering space around the load to operate it. It's about natural hand movement. No jamming, no bumping into crane chains. The control is so intuitive that it becomes an extension of the operator's hand, not an obstacle to their work.

      Easy handling of workpieces

Thanks to the compact design and low weight of the Revolift, it is handled in the workshop not like a cumbersome weight, but like a precise tool. Whether you need to move a flat sheet or a round bar (thanks to the specially shaped V-shaped pole extension), the magnet adapts. The workpiece lands exactly where it should, without a single scratch that mechanical clamps would leave. Work that previously required two people and a pile of slings turns into a smooth, one-person operation where speed and complete control over every millimeter of movement play the main role.

An unyielding partner for tough times

In a demanding engineering operation where dust, metal filings, and rough handling are commonplace, you need equipment that can withstand the rigors. Revolift was designed with maximum durability in mind, which is why it features complete dustproof sealing. Its internal switching mechanism is perfectly isolated, preventing dirt buildup and ensuring smooth operation without the risk of jamming, even after years of intensive use.

The robustness of the magnet is complemented by special scratch-resistant labels. Unlike common labels that quickly wear out in harsh operating conditions, the information on the Revolift remains clear and legible throughout its lifespan. You don't have to worry about losing important technical parameters or safety instructions due to mechanical abrasion. Revolift is simply designed to maintain its appearance and full functionality even in the most inhospitable corners of your production.

Digital birth certificate always at hand

Forget about tedious searching for paper documents in binders or in the office. With the integrated NFC chip, you have the complete history and technical parameters of the magnet right in your pocket. Instant access: Just touch your smartphone to the magnet, and within seconds you see the electronic version of the test report. Safety under control: Easily verify the validity of revisions and the technical condition directly at the workplace. Efficiency: Saves time for technicians and inspectors – all data is in the cloud, accessible anywhere in the field. Revolift is not just a powerful tool, but also a smart device that will simplify administration and increase operational safety.

      Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Are your products made in the Czech Republic? Are your products made in the Czech Republic?

Yes, the entire process – from in-house development through design, production, to final assembly and testing – takes place directly in our plant in Kroměříž. This gives us full control over quality and allows us to flexibly tailor products to specific customer requirements.

What is the difference between permanent, electromagnetic, and electro-permanent systems? What is the difference between permanent, electromagnetic, and electro-permanent systems?

Permanent Magnets: Operate without electricity, activated mechanically by a lever. They are safe, mobile, and maintenance-free.
Electromagnets: Generate a magnetic field using coils powered by mains electricity. They possess immense strength, can clamp uneven surfaces, and allow force regulation, but require a constant power supply and backup sources.
Electro-permanent Magnets: Combine the advantages of both systems. They only require electric current for a fraction of a second for activation (magnetization) and deactivation. During operation itself, they do not need current, making them extremely safe even in the event of a power outage and preventing overheating.

Can your lifting magnets also be used for handling materials at high temperatures? Can your lifting magnets also be used for handling materials at high temperatures?

Conventional permanent magnets lose their strength at temperatures above 80 °C. However, for operations with higher temperatures, we offer special series (e.g. HOT lifting magnets) that can safely handle materials with temperatures up to 180 °C.

Why is it necessary to use a demagnetizer after machining? Why is it necessary to use a demagnetizer after machining?

Ferromagnetic materials retain residual magnetism after being exposed to a magnetic field (e.g., when clamped onto a magnetic chuck). This causes metal chips and dust to stick to the workpiece, which can damage tools or complicate further processing (e.g., painting, welding). Demagnetizers reliably remove this residual magnetism.

Do you provide service and revisions for your products?Do you provide service and revisions for your products?

Yes, for all our technologies, including older BUX, Walker, and Pilana brand products, we provide complete warranty and post-warranty service, repairs, overhauls, and original spare parts. We also perform mandatory periodic certifications, inspections, and load capacity testing of lifting magnets.

Do you also offer staff training?Do you also offer staff training?

Yes. As part of the delivery of our magnetic applications and large systems, we provide professional operator training to ensure that working with magnets is as efficient and safe as possible.

How is heavy goods (e.g. clamping plates) delivered? How is heavy goods (e.g. clamping plates) delivered?

Due to the higher weight of our products, we cooperate with specialized pallet and parcel carriers who ensure safe handling.

How is the safety of lifting magnets purchased from the e-shop guaranteed? How is the safety of lifting magnets purchased from the e-shop guaranteed?

All lifting magnets comply with the strict ČSN EN 13155 standard and operate with a safety factor of 3+. This means that in a pull-off test (the so-called Air Gap test, which simulates a real air gap/dirt in operation), the magnet can lift more than three times its declared maximum load capacity.

Where can I find user manuals and technical documentation?Where can I find user manuals and technical documentation?

Technical sheets, catalogues, and operating instructions for individual products are available either on the product's page or upon request.
