      The Grindmaster electro-permanent magnetic chuck is highly accurate and can hold both small and thin parts as well as larger workpieces. A short electrical pulse is sufficient to turn it on and off and thus very economical. It has a high level of safety, where workpieces are still held by means of strong permanent magnets in the event of a sudden power failure. We can offer you several pole pitch variants. The chuck has a holding force of up to 120 N/cm2 evenly distributed across the surface of the chuck.

      Safety of permanent magnets with the convenience of electrical switching

      A key advantage of the Grindmaster series is the use of an electro-permanent system. Electric current is activated only for a few seconds during the magnetization or demagnetization cycle. Throughout the grinding process itself, the workpiece is held solely by the force of integrated permanent neodymium magnets. This guarantees 100% work safety – even in the event of a complete power outage, there is no risk of the workpiece being released. Furthermore, the absence of continuous current flow means that the chuck does not heat up. This prevents any thermal expansion, which is a critical factor for maintaining absolute dimensional stability even during prolonged and demanding operations.

During operation itself, they do not need current, making them extremely safe even in the event of a power outage and preventing overheating.

      All lifting magnets comply with the strict ČSN EN 13155 standard and operate with a safety factor of 3+.
