Application:
Precise grinding of strap steel with dimensions (L × W × H) of 120–150 × 40–50 × 50–65 mm with full coverage of the clamping surface of the magnetic plate.
Design:
2× electropermanent magnetic chuck with longitudinal poles, equipped with handling grips on the longer sides and through holes for attachment to the work table of the machine.
During application, one of the chucks is always mounted on the machine table while the other is used for workpiece preparation. This is followed by an exchange of these magnetic pallets using a handling device (not included in the supply by Walmag Magnetics).
